Grapevine is abuzz with the news that Esha Deol is acting choosy of late. The actress with a list of
forgettable films in her kitty, is refusing film offers coming her way. Apparently, when telly star, Anuj Saxena
approached Esha with a film, she refused the offer. What’s surprising is that, her refusal has left Anuj
dejected. We wonder what the big deal is anyway. After all, it is just Esha, who has films like Cash and
Darling to her discredit.
Going by Anuj’s reaction, looks like he has a soft corner for this actress who still needs to prove herself.
He laments, “I hope I get to act with her some day. May be changes in the script led to her refusing the film.
Moreover, any actor has the choice to pick and choose roles. It’s a personal decision.” Well, if the films
coming your way are few, perhaps you need to reconsider your policy of being choosy. Now, Esha did
make some bad choices. However, rejecting the few films that come her way may not be the ideal way out
of the hot soup that she is in.
