Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor’s relationship is no news. However, it looks as if Deepika’s girlfriend status is soon going to be replaced with that of the Kapoors’ daughter-in-law. Buzz is that Ranbir’s father, Rishi Kapoor is keen on addressing the beauty as his ‘bahu’. Just a few months back, the Kapoor lad’s mother, Neetu Singh had announced to the media that Deepika is just his friend and nothing more than that. So is there a disagreement within the family itself?
If one goes by what Neetu had to say at a recent social gathering, perhaps, there are no differences after all. The graceful Neetu, gave one of her bewitching smiles, and said, “She’s his girlfriend but beyond that I really don’t know… I am totally in for whatever makes Ranbir happy.” As for the girlfriend, she chose to give a very starry, ‘no comments’ response. As for doing any hot roles post her winning the title, she says, “There are no such roles at the moment. However, in Chandni Chowk To China, I am playing double role and one of the characters has a lot of action to showcase. That is a very sexy character.” Here is one actress who has her professional as well as personal life going great. Yet, according to her, she has no difficulty concentrating on her career with her love life being the talk of the town.
