Bollywood’s undisputed bombshell Bipasha Basu is so tired of being called ‘sexy’ that she is going for an image makeover.
Even though the sultry actress takes it as a compliment when someone calls her “sexy”, she is tired of being referred to with the same adjective again and again. We often read in media reports about how Bipasha’s eyes are sexy, her skin tone is sexy, and her body curves are sexy. It’s sexy, sexy, sexy, and sexy. So much so that the four letter word has become an ear-sore for the ‘sexy’ actress.
But enough is enough. The Bong beauty has decided to change her image and try different roles so that people can begin to identify her with something other than sexy - namely talent.
So, taking the obvious route, she has bagged a couple of off-beat films like Pankh , ‘Sab Charitro Kalpanik’ and Lamha .
In ‘Pankh’ she plays the object of a young boy’s fantasy. In ‘Sab Charitro Kalpanik’, a Bengali film, she plays a wife who talks with her dead husband through literature. In ‘Lamha’ she plays a Kashmiri girl.
Bipasha is presently shooting for ‘Lamha’ in Kashmir.
Besides this, she has also shot for a full-on Bollywood action adventure Freeze with Neil Nitin Mukesh .
Now that Bipasha is turning to a non-glam image, we’re sure she will make even the simple look like sexy.
