After Aamir said its good that Shahrukh acknowledged he was No 2 in the tinsel town, we thought the superstars were over with their tongue-in-cheek war of words. No they aren’t. Aamir has opened up about Shahrukh on his blog. He loved it when he licked his feet!
He fed him some biscuits too. Hold on, Shahrukh is not to be confused with Shah Rukh Khan. Quite surprisingly, Shahrukh is the name of the dog of Aamir’s home caretaker. The actor writes “I had nothing to do with naming him. In fact Shahrukh is the dog of the caretakers of our house in Panchgani. When I bought this house it came with the caretakers and their dog!” Aamir further explains that naming the dog Shahrukh was just a coincidence, ‘nothing else’. “Apparently, SRK was shooting for a commercial in this house a few years ago, and that very day the caretakers bought a pup, and named him Shahrukh,” Aamir claims. The actor goes on to justify that he certainly didn’t buy the house just because of the dog (or its name), as he would have to be a serious fan of the actor Shahrukh, in that case. Incidentally, Panchgani is his favourite place. He thinks that he must have done something good in life to be blessed with this great place to get away to. Is SRK listening? Does he have a dog?
